The actual charges aren't given that i've seen thus far - but according to reddit:MR this it is a judge sentancing a man to 5 years for 'calling him out on wrongful proceedures'
Even if it is a case of abuse of power - How does the 'not a hate group' MRA respond?

I think someone said it best on the blog: the MRM has been producing a lot of violent people, and this, sadly, is just another horrific example.

What even is the game plan here?

Maybe I'm an optimist, but I don't think this is truly violent thinking. I think this is pillow-fort thinking. Like the guy who wanted to build gender-segregated housing development, like the guys who talk about planning for the upcoming Gender War, like the MGTOWs who think their movement will get so big women will be desperate for dates, I think they're just having fun vastly overestimating the size and power of their "movement." Bragging that they're going to start killing judges means no more to them than kids bragging that their pillow-fort will conquer all of Livingroomlandia.

...That's probably too optimistic of me. People really do attack judges and I'm sure some of those people talked about it on the Internet first. These are grown-ass adults making grown-ass threats of violence.
